Halloween Is for Everyone: Join Us for AAIC’s Food-Free Trunk-or-Treat

Halloween should be a time for costumes, games, laughter, and making memories, not worrying about whether a treat is safe to eat.

That’s why Allergy, Asthma & Immunology Consultants (AAIC) is hosting a completely Food-Free Trunk-or-Treat created especially with our food allergy community in mind.

Children with food allergies can enjoy the fun of Halloween alongside their siblings, friends, and neighbors in a welcoming environment where no candy, snacks, beverages, or other food items will be distributed.

And everyone is invited!

A Halloween Celebration Made for Everyone

Our Food-Free Trunk-or-Treat is designed to give children a fun and inclusive way to celebrate Halloween without food being part of the festivities.

Families can look forward to:

  • Interactive themed trunks
  • Fun games and activities
  • Costumes and a costume parade
  • Photo opportunities
  • A Teal Pumpkin Patch/photo area
  • Non-food treats and giveaways

No candy. No food. Just fun.

All activities and giveaways will be non-food so every child can participate safely and confidently.

Celebrating Our Food Allergy Community

For children living with food allergies, traditional Halloween activities can sometimes require extra planning and caution.

This event gives families an opportunity to enjoy the excitement of trick-or-treating in a setting specifically designed with food allergy safety and inclusion in mind.

While the event was inspired by our food allergy community, all children and families are welcome. Bring your costumes, invite your friends, and come celebrate Halloween with us!

Want to Host a Trunk?

Local businesses, organizations, families, and community groups are invited to help make the evening even more special by hosting a trunk.

Participating trunks can get creative with decorations, games, activities, and non-food giveaways. To keep the event safe and inclusive, all participating trunks must be completely food-free.

Advance registration is required for trunk hosts.
